Here's a larger lodge made from branches, bark, and cordage.

The hut on the right, is made from bamboo, using thatched grasses for the roof. This is an example of a traditional hut from Benin, Africa.

       
       

The hut on the left, from South Africa, uses thatched grasses throughout, for both the walls and the roof. Inside, the grasses are placed around a skeleton of sticks tied together.

 
           
These ancient caves, located in Cappadocia (what is today the Country of Turkey) were carved hundreds of years ago, and provided shelter for shamans and mystics living in the region.
